Refund & Returns Policy


Our artists take the strictest care to package the artworks securely. However, if there is a problem with your order (e.g., you receive the incorrect goods, are not satisfied with your order or your order arrives damaged), please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Please fill out the RETURN REQUEST FORM and email images of products to info@thevoicecollective.co.za.

We will try to refund the account from which you paid. Banks do not allow refunds on some card types in which case we will request proof of bank details for an EFT refund.

At present, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges to our international customers.

RETURN PROCESS – DAMAGED GOODS:

  • You have 24 hours to let us know if you want a refund
  • You have two (2) days to supply us with adequate photos proving the damage. Please provide photos of both the packaging and the damaged product.
  • The artist will then log a complaint with the courier partner and/or insurance partner.
  • If the timelines above are not met or if the photos are inadequate, the refund or replacement is unfortunately waivered. 
  • Please keep all the original packaging material, all the pieces as well as the original supporting documents.
  • Please log your complaint by completing the RETURN REQUEST FORM by stating that the product arrived damaged and email photos of damaged products to info@thevoicecollective.co.za.
  • Courier costs will be free of charge to you.
  • If it is possible, The Voice Collective will replace the product / artwork as soon as possible. In the event that it is not possible, we will contact you to confirm whether you would prefer a refund or a gift voucher from our website.

RETURN PROCESS – UNDAMAGED GOODS:

  • You have 24 hours to let us know if you want a refund
  • You have three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork/ product to us.
  • Please log your complaint by completing the RETURN REQUEST FORM by stating that the product arrived undamaged email photos of undamaged products to info@thevoicecollective.co.za.
  • The artwork / product must still be in its original condition.
  • The artwork / product must be repackaged in the same manner, in its original packaging and shipped with its original supporting documents to us.
  • If you have already disposed of the packaging, you are eligible to ensure that the product does not get damaged in transit.  The packaging material will be for your cost. 
  • If any of the aforementioned criteria is not met, the refund is unfortunately waivered. 
  • Courier fees to return the product or artwork to us will be for your cost.
