Hermien van der Merwe collaborated with Bianca Grobbelaar from Rest Established to create these beautiful locally produced socks.
Hermien painted this artwork during her ‘Shelter in the Shadow’ exhibition in 2021. She placed her easel in the exhibition space and worked free and intuitive, combining an array of fynbos plants and flowers like a still life landscape.
